In part 1 of our MVC Webinar Series, we established what MVC is, why it matters, and why it represents a fundamentally different challenge to Operational Resilience. In this session, we walk through the phases of the MVC delivery journey - a structured approach that takes you from defining your survival logic through to embedding it as a live part of how your organisation is governed and tested.
